This treatment will involve a postural assessment and full MSK treatment plus a rehabilitation or S&C performance plan. The plan will be sent to you within 48hours. The plan can be sent to other professionals within a multi-disciplinary team.

Rehabilitation or Strength and Conditioning Performance plan only. 

This service is for rehabilitation or S&C performance plans only. The appointment will involve a static and dynamic assessment as well as a consultation on performance or rehabilitation goals. I will then complete a plan which will be sent to you within 48hours. The plan can be sent to other professionals within a multi-disciplinary team.

Price - £40 Initial visit and plan. Duration 30min.

Dorn Method Therapy.

The Dorn Method originates from Germany where it is the number one therapy for back pain used by Therapists, Doctors and other healthcare professionals.

The Dorn method helps relieve back and joint pain, along with associated problems such as neck pain, headaches, hip and sciatica issues. The Dorn Method achieves this in a gentle and safe way to correct misalignments of the spinal column and other joints. The whole aim of the Dorn Method is to help joints and vertebrae take back their natural position, using a unique approach which involves active client participation. The whole treatment is then finished off with the Breuss Massage.

Breuss Massage. 

The Breuss Massage is a gentle spinal massage that safely stretches, nourishes, aligns and energises the spine. The Breuss Massage can be given as a treatment on its own or in conjunction with the Dorn Method.

Therapeutic Ultrasound Treatment.

Therapeutic Ultrasound is sound waves. Used at low levels pulsed mode it stimulates cell activity (cellular up-regulation) which stimulates tissue repair. Optimal absorption happens in dense collagen based tissues (ligaments / tendons / fascia / joint capsules and established scar tissue) and therefore an effective treatment for ligament and tendon injuries. 

Trained professionals know which MHz to use for what injuries and how many treatments would be required.

Treatment is pain free, no need for sedation and each session last approximately 20mins.

Indian Head, Shoulder and Neck Massage.

Indian Head Massage (IHM) is an everyday occurrence within many families in India. Children are taught at a young age and it is part of their daily routine. 

IHM stimulates the scalp and helps to ease tension and provides a calming relieving treatment traditionally performed in a seated position. Georgina extends the massage to your neck, arms and shoulders to ensure you feel fully relax and re-energise post treatment.
